Sunset Sports annual tennis holiday will be hosted by Steve Cockell and a team of 3 UK professionals and consists of a 5 night tennis holiday at the award winning resort of Aphrodite Hills in Cyprus between 11th-16th October 2011.

Packages for this trip are either a tennis only package featuring accommodation, 10 hours tennis coaching and 6 hours social tennis or tennis/golf package which features 3 rounds of golf and 6 hours of social tennis. Both packages feature an organised series of social events, tennis competitions and management.

Accommodation:

The accommodation for this hosted trip is based at Aphrodite Hills self catering apartment villages which feature luxury 1 bed, 2 bed and 3 bed apartments and larger 2 bed and 3 bed villas.

All accommodation options are within a short walk of the Aphrodite Hills tennis academy and resort amenities including golf, spa, restaurants and shopping facilities. Hotel accommodation can also be considered with the 5 star Intercontinental Hotel offering double rooms overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.

Aphrodite Hills Tennis Academy:

Aphrodite Hills boasts a world class tennis academy which features 4 clay and 5 acrylic tennis courts as well as tennis related service such as restringing and racquet sales.

Steve and his team will be based here throughout the week for the coaching clinics and there are also other club run social events taking place such as club night and tournaments that players may choose to take part in.

Social Events and Entertainment:

Sunset Sports always make every effort to organise activities off court as well as on court for each of its hosted holidays. For this trip, players can accompany the coaches to local restaurants, watch live musicals at the resort and head to the local town of Paphos for an great evening out.

If you are looking to sample some of the local tourist attractions during the day, then we are more than happy to liaise your request via the resort and suggest the best places to visit in the area.

We are offering players the chance to combine their tennis for this trip with a unique golf package. Featuring 3 rounds of golf at the Aphrodite Hills championship course and the Elea Golf estate designed by Sir Nick Faldo, our tennis and golf package allows you the best of the sports facilities on offer at the resort.

For those of you looking to take in a more relaxed alternative, treatments can be booked at the award winning spa "The Retreat" or perhaps you may consider horse riding or a trip to the beach.
